I thought I maybe wrote down my experience but I guess not... Donna is the most kind and understanding and her staff (I am sorry I can't remember your name- I think Jacob), you guys were amazing to my reactive dog Wilson. I won't be putting you through nail trims any longer but will definitely be back for his glands. I appreciate you and recommend this groomer 100%. Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT try to save yourself a few dollars by grooming elsewhere. This is the only place I would ever take any future dogs in Oshawa

I went there a month ago to have my 3 dogs nails cut. I was able to walk in and have them done right away. My pomsky is very challenging when it comes to his nails. However Jacob was able to do his nails and didn’t mind that he was a challenge. He was so friendly and kind to my dog even offering a treat to him after. I will definitely keep coming here!
