We hired TDH contracting to legalize our duplex. We were soon disappointed by the lack of care shown by the crew when it came to making sure our house was secure at the end of the day. I went by my property on a Friday afternoon and found windows wide open in our basement with the heat blasting. We had a very wet weekend if I had not been by the house my basement would have most certainly been flooded for a second time. I closed and locked the window turned down the thermostat and informed the contractor, Ben, via email, he said he would make sure it didn't happen again. The work continued as is does.
