This is the first year I had Tav Pools close our pool. I cannot recommend them enough. I originally ordered the wrong size cover and they didn’t hesitate to correct MY mistake. The very next day they were back making sure my pool was completely winter ready properly. I am so glad I met Sandra and the team at Tav pools. They are my go to for all my future pool needs.

Out of all the pool stores in Whitby/Oshawa that I have been to, Tav Pools has been the best by far. They are very professional, courteous, and responsive and earned a loyal customer. They have opened an closed our pool for a couple years as well has provided very detailed and easy to follow instructions of how to balance the chemistry in the pool. The Owner and all of his staff have been extremely helpful and remember us year over year. I highly recommend Tav over their competitors
