We’ve used them twice in 2024. The first time was for our Hot Tub installation and the second time for the installation of an outside generator.
Justin and his team were very friendly and very professional. We found their prices very reasonable and competitive.
They explained what was going o happen, invited questions and reviewed the finished product with us so we understood what had been done.
We highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

I recently bought an EV and had to get the charger installed. Turned out that our box was only rated for 100 amps, between our hot tub and stove they added up to that already, after discovering this with Safe and Sound Connections during their inspection I was given a few options to look at, an upgrade to a 200 amp panel was the best option even though there was a cheaper solution, I was not pressured at all to go for the more expensive option even though it was the best one. The electrician the car dealer suggested did offer the lesser option as well, but it was priced the same as the panel upgrade that I went with. The install was quick and easy. When our pool pump failed, Safe and Sound Connections was my first and only call. Their team arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue and completed repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when the invoice was received-very fair and extremely competitive.
