“Very happy with the work that was done. My roof was in serious need of a roof repair to the point that when it was raining, I noticed a leak inside my house. I called up a few companies and Ajax Roofing was one of the few that responded and the only company that came out to do an emergency patch that would protect my roof and indoor ceiling until I could get the entire roof done. Since they were booked solid, I had to wait approximately two weeks, but I was very happy with the fact that I was constantly updated with the timeline of when I was next on the list. When I would call my phone calls would be returned quickly. The crew that came were extremely professional and very polite, they also arrived exactly when I was told they would arrive. When the work was done they cleaned up after themselves, put back all my lawn ornaments and were very careful to make sure that there were no nails left behind since I have dogs. “I called David the owner a month ago and had my eavestroughs
cleaned as they were leaking from a couple of spots .After the cleaning and installing new brackets a week later i noticed the leak still persisted. When I called Glen he said it is probably the eavestrough that was bent and said he would change that part of the eavestrough and cover the cost of the labour and that i would have to pay for only the part. Medi the technician came over he spent an hour fixing the existing eavestrough incline and also found that my down sprout was clogged and politely informed me that I did not need to change the existing one and did the job for no further charge.
