I generally don't write reviews, however, my experience with 911 Water Damage Experts was amazing and I thought I would share. Just to provide some background to our specific circumstance, my mom and I are two ladies who initially were intimidated to navigate the world of 'house repairs' on our own. Similarly to going to the mechanic from the lens of a woman, there was a sense of worry about potential mark ups and a fear of lack of transparency. This was certainly not the case with Mike and his team! Mike walked us through the stages and scope of repair, he provided detailed invoices and responded to all our concerns.
