Good morning,
I arrived at my appointment at 8:35 am 4 hrs early because I had been in a car accident, and the receptionist refused to see me. She threatened to call the police because I asked if she could ask the doctor to move the appointment forward since I was in a lot of pain and. She was smile of me and simply told me to leave because she wasn't going to move the appointment and didn't feel like changing it either.
I need cancellation all
Appointments because it is not professional and terrible customer service

Dr. Narendra is seriously the BEST family doctor ever..
I’ve been with him since 2018.. and I have four kids that he takes amazing care of.. like genuinely cares.. not just “in and out of the office” type of care.. but real support that actually makes a difference..
My youngest was born with an ASD and VSD.. and he was right on top of everything from day one.. referrals.. follow ups.. asking how she was doing every step of the way.. never once brushing anything off.. just being super thorough and calm..

Reception is rude, appointments take over a month and they charge higher than any other clinic for non OHIP covered services.
I had a form filled out and I wasn't told until after, that it would be 100$.
My family Dr. Is nice but they dont really feel personable and im very rushed in and out.
