I had my carpet replaced in my house recently. This was a fairly large monetary purchase for me, so it was a big decision. Right from day one when I entered the store I experienced great customer service. Mike Tarp, customer service rep, showed me my best options based on quality and price point. The order was placed, delivered and installed in a very timely manner. Mark installed my carpet and was very professional as well. I had a few minor concerns after the carpet was installed but both Mike and Mark addressed them quickly. The customer service never waivered from being excellent. I would highly recommend Oshawa Carpet One Flooring.

Karoline was very patient in multiple visits and careful with the detailed measuring on our house, all the way to the post-sales.
Don’t get me wrong, a big project will find issues, and we did find ours. But the reason why I’m giving 5 stars is exactly for this reason. They acknowledge, came back and fixed. Karoline was instrumental to orchestrate that.

This is the 2nd time I have used carpet one and so far, I have had a great experience with the Company. Mike Tarp is the salesperson that I have been dealing with. Mike has been able to accommodate our needs and very easy to work with.
