I have been dealing with Michael and his Service Team at Master Mechanic in Oshawa for about a year now and they have been awesome. They were recommended by an acquaintance of mine but I wasn't so sure of them but one day I was feeling tired of my Dealership where I bought my 2017 Kia Forte that I had to give them a try. On one of my first visits I showed them a list of things that my dealership wanted me to do and Michael pointed out to me that one of the work order items wasn't even on my car. I broke down with a starter failed and Michael was busy at the time and got my car into the shop quickly and replaced my starter. I was in a hurry that day and was very happy how fast they fixed my vehicle. Thanks again Michael and your team.
