Lets start. We are selling the house and looking for carpet and installation. Hands down, the best around. Shopped around in Ajax, Scarborough, Markham, even Kijiji and still beat every single one of these spots. Plus, offered me a better carpet then what we originally spoke about. Beyond happy. Will now go on Monday to buy more carpet and installion to renovate another room. Definitely a gem.

Very disappointed, went there a few weeks ago, was greeted by a nice friendly person, he greeted himself as Dan, we looked at vinyl flooring in stock that he directed us too, then some oriental women yelled "good morning" and turned and walked away. We talked with Dan about choices, then the oriental woman came to us and seems hard pressed to know what we want. We already spoke with Dan and was trying to talk and discuss what to buy. We couldn't understand most of what she was saying as she kept trying to smile. Dan mentioned if any more questions, just ask him at the front desk. In February this year Nick the owner helped us find a high quality stair runner at a very reasonable price so in August we sought out berber for our rec room,once again the product was exceptional quality at a reasonable price including installation, a stain issue produced itself during the install that I couldn't resolve overnight, I contacted Nick in the morning, he sent Jamie over to replace an entire 12 ft. By 3 ft. Length instead of a patch job which I was expecting, the service and follow through I rate as exceptional.
