I have chosen "I do not remember" becsuse Geoffrey name was not on the pick list.
Geoffrey did an execllent job, very polite,addressed all my questions and concerns. He is the best technision I have encountered in a long time.
Was punctual and professional.
Is going to order a part that is needed but got the furnace running in the meantime.
The original furnace install was 6 years ago and Etic found an install flaw in the exhaust pipe. It was installed at an angle and was leaking condensation.
