We had a bath tub refitted, although we had some concerns with the final outcome the team was committed to correcting the issue to our satisfaction. The end result was excellent and I would recommend them without reservation. Installers as well as office staff were professional and courteous.

We had bathfitters work on our bathroom in our century home. The bathroom was a tight fit, with a window in the shower and a slanted ceiling. Not an easy task.The sales rep was great, and the installer did a great job. Our house was left clean, they wore a mask and the finished product looks incredible, clean and fits the space really well. I had worried about how they would seal up the window and they exceed my expectations.We did have a few questions before getting started and they were happy to answer emails & phone calls. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality finish for a affordable cost.

Our new bathtub and surround are perfect. The process was painless and professional. The gentleman who first came to share the info and show us samples was wonderful. He was patient and not pushy at all. I love the fact that he brought real samples, not just online photos because the real colours are not the same as what you see online. The installer was quick and friendly and the final product is beautiful. We didn't get a lot of extras and we kept our plumbing fixtures so he was done by 1:30 pm. We highly reccomend Bathfitters.
