I took an area rug into be cleaned. It hadn’t been cleaned since we purchased it, about seven years ago. The rug looked clean, but I figured it was time for a refresh. When I got it home and unwrapped it I realized how dirty it was before leaving it with Austin Smith. The rug came back spotless, the pile was no longer flat, and it smelled fresh. On top it, the people are really nice. Oh. Almost forgot. The final bill was a pleasant surprise. I’m very happy and highly recommend this company.

Excellent job cleaning my upholstery - they had proper equipment, took their time, and my sectional looks like NEW !! I've had them do my area rug in the past and was beyond pleased with that as well. You can't go wrong using this local, family owned business.

I’m so disappointed with my wool carpet cleaning. My beautiful rug came backing home stretched and with a massive yellow stain on it. I returned it to have the stain re-cleaned only to be returned with minimal change - so dishearteningService: Area rug cleaning
