His work was so reliable that customers now call them for servicing and buy their products from the company. Dwayne and Carole also provide excellent service. My husband and I recently purchased a new hot tub from All Spa and Hot Tub and the service we received was beyond exceptional!
We had used them in the past to service our old hot tub and found them to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and reasonable.
When it came time to purchase a new one, coming here was an easy decision.
Removal of the old tub and installation of the new one ended up being a very tricky job because of the location. But, they showed they had great problem solving skills and were successful!! All debris was cleaned up and the area was left the way they found it.
I can't praise Dwayne, Carol and all the technicians enough.

I called All Spa based on a referral from Taunton Pools.
I had an issue with temperature over heating due to the water falling below the jets. I was super stressed! The gentleman that answered the phone helped me troubleshoot the tub over the phone. I did as directed. I still wasn’t sure it was the fix and decided to call back in the evening as I hadn’t seen much improvement. When I spoke to another gentleman, he too said that this would resolve the problem. I nervously waited patiently until the next day and voila! It was fixed.
