I am extremely pleased with the honest work done on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk at Hourglass Auto.I mistakenly took my car to a Chrysler dealership in Scarborough who declared that my engine had seized. Subsequently, I was provided with a quote from the dealership for a new engine at $24,099.50 plus tax or a used engine at $11,871.83 plus tax.Dissatisfied with the provided options, I sought estimates from Hourglass Auto Repairs who provided a much more reasonable estimate of only $4,500 for a used engine. Upon further inspection, their mechanics Gary & Joel discovered that the engine was not seized; instead, the issue was a faulty pulley bearing on the A/C compressor.Hourglass...read full review
