Stanley was amazing. I came in with a wet USB port that wouldn’t charge properly. He took the time to clean it thoroughly, tested it with his own charger, and got it working again on the spot.
While I was there, I overheard him helping other customers and it was obvious how much he genuinely cares. Patient, knowledgeable, and not rushing anyone.

I visited this place to see if they could repair the loose USB-C port on my iPhone 15 Pro. Whenever I plugged in a USB-C adaptor, even the slightest force would disconnect the USB-C cord. Upon my arrival, I was promptly welcomed and shared my circumstances. It was suggested that the USB-C port might just require a bit of cleaning. They went in the back to quickly clean my USB-C port in under 5 minutes and returned with the phone having a solid connection with the USB-C port and cord! The highlight is that it came at no cost!They took care of it without discussing payment whatsoever! Exceptional service from Mobile Klinik!
Very pleased with my experience at mobile klinik. Purchased a new cell phone, two mobile lines and an internet access connection for my home resulting in over $100 a month in savings compared to the exact same plan I had with rogers. Mal was the person that helped me and she's fantastic! She ran the shop alone, under pressure and with a smile. Will be back for ALL future cell phone and internet needs. Highly recommended!
