“I was lucky enough to find this superstar trainer back in 2014. I needed to fit in my wedding dress after giving birth and she helped me in doing so. I reached out again in 2022 for some additional training. I couldn’t help but only have her by side.. she is motivating in every way. Her bubbly personality, encouraging words, and not to mention her “funny”jokes encourage me to get up and attend my weekly sessions. I didn’t hire this rockstar trainer based on her name ?“
