I'm an older woman with sensitive skin and hadn’t had a facial in more than ten years - mainly because my skin often ended up sore and irritated. Fay gave me an incredible facial - probably the best I’ve had in my life. She listened to my concerns, was gentle and professional. She explained what she was doing and why and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely be going back and encouraging my friends to join me!
