My husband and I were very fortunate to have read an article in the local newspaper regarding a new community vehicle repair business called "Ottawa Easy Wheels Inc"..... owned and operated by two mechanics/brothers .... Alex and Dan. Now, we have recently had issues, on two separate occasions, with our truck and we have found both Alex and Dan to be highly professional in the manner in which they conduct their business.... by focusing their respective performance on being trustworthy, honest, reliable and reasonable in dealing with their clients....Highly Recommended!
Dan At Ottawa Easy Wheels serviced my 2010 Ford E250SD, the battery light was staying on, after trying multiple times to fix the problem myself I could not remedy this issue, so after reading all the 5 star reviews, I let Dan work on it. Dan diagnosed a broken wire from the alternator to the PCM and repaired the problem in 3 hours. The battery light is now off, problem solved. Great job Dan, You have earned my trust and another 5 Star review is yours. Thank you.
