Took my 2013 Dodge Ram in for servicing as it required a new heater core. Other service centers would not complete the work. Had great service, work completed in a day ! Great customer service from Simon and his team. Now I have heat ! Thanks

I’ve been using the services of OK Tire in Orleans for some time now. At first it was convenience because they were right across the street from my office! Now that my office has moved locations, I will continue to use OK Tire’s services as they are honest, reliable, efficient and reasonably-priced!

Called OK tire and spoke with Eric who quickly provided me a quote on tires and install. They booked me in for an appointment a few days later. When I arrived they were ready for me and even had my car ready a few minutes earlier than promised. When returning my car they pointed out that I need my rear breaks done with a quote ready and stapled to my bill. No pressure, just casual and upfront about it. I found them to be professional, polite and best of all transparent.
I will for sure be returning to them for future service.
