The staff at this location are amazing! They even helped me branch out of my comfort zone to find new glasses that I fell in love with. I’d like to also acknowledge an employee there, Ciara. She treats everyone who comes there with kindness, and was so patient with me when adjusting my glasses!

The team at LensCrafters is extremely well-trained. This LensCrafters customer service, in my personal view, is one of the best I have ever seen. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left the store I was impressed and well taken care of. I would suggest that others in the customer service industry take training from these highly skilled individuals. even the handoff to others for fitting was amazing. they even helped other customers on their way back from getting my receipt and I didn't wait longer than expected. What a great experience with the staff at this location. They went above and beyond with helping.From the start, they explained the process and different options. They were very thorough in explaining my prescription and what would best suit me for my needs.I feel there is a level of professionalism and customer care at this store that a lot of other stores would benefit in following.If your looking for a great experience while getting your glasses, then this is the spot.Highly recommend!
