I got a manicure and for them todraw a heart on one nail they charged me over 80 bucks. Definitely not the price that was shown online when I booked.
No one speaks to you or even smiles at you. Dead silence there which I guess some people might enjoy.
More than one person worked on my nails and last time I went they made me move around from work station to work station.
The place is clean.
They accept both debit and credit so that's cool.

I called last minute in a Friday and they fit me in within the hour. Natalie did a beautiful job on my nails. She was super fast and efficient. They were extremely busy and thought I just wanted a nail removal but when I said I wanted a new application too they accommodated. I was extremely satisfied as this exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning. The price was fair too!
Requested style: I requested syle and length and got exactly what was requested.
Cleanliness: It was clean for all the dust generated from nail dust.

Great atmosphere, staff was very friendly. Went for pedicure, received hot stone leg massage, exfoliation, shellac. Price was excellent for service. Massage chairs, climate control, accept debit/credit - tips can also be done on credit/debit so no need to bring cash.
