“Second time here. This time took both my girls for a wash/cut. By far the best experience I've had. I've tried a few other places in Orleans. I find often they mail in kids cut, but JESS took the time to listen and gave them a proper cut. Thin it out and gave face framing layers. Brushing last night all I could think was he layers are perfect and the ends are so even and not chunky/choppy, which has been my experience. Will definitely go back.“

“This was my first time at this Salon and it certainly will not be my last.. Meno my stylist gave me an awesome perm.. I was so thrilled when I left and a week later I had to call her to again thank her.. I’ve been having my hair permed (curls) for the past ten years and had to change my stylist three times at different salons due to the results of these perms.. I was patient and continued going to them hoping the results would improve but sadly I had to look elsewhere.. It’s like they would take shortcuts doing the perm, or too much hair in the curling rods, so basically the results weren’t what I asked for and would not last.. I’m thrilled that I finally found such a perfectionist as Meno who takes the time and patience to give a proper perm.. It was perfect.. Thank you again Meno for giving me EXACTLY what I wanted.. “Amazing experience! The salon fit me in between appointments after I explained I had a bad haircut, and they made sure I saw a senior stylist—Jennifer. She was incredible: took her time, explained what went wrong with the previous cut, how she’d fix it, and was transparent about pricing and expectations. She even called her next client to come a bit later so she could give my hair the time it needed.

Jennifer made sure to understand my natural hair texture before cutting, and gave me great tips on how to style it at home. She really knows what she’s doing and reassures you through every step. The salon is clean, professional, beautifully designed, and they offered me a drink. She also gave me a relaxing wash with a mini head massage and booked a follow-up to check how my hair grows out.
