I hired Distinctive Bathrooms & Kitchens to renovate 2 bathrooms in my condo. I am extremely happy with my finished bathrooms because of the following: 1) completed renovations on both bathrooms in 2.5 weeks instead of 5 weeks 2) completed renovations on both bathrooms on budget – as discussed and signed before the renovation started. Only over budget by approximately $50. 3) Yannis, the plumber-Francis, electrician and Dan-the tile guy, were always on time and worked hard. shower replacement - the job was completed in 5 days, and we are very pleased with the way it turned out. We would like to compliment Kelly Ouellette who we dealt with to set up the job - her professionalism and knowledge made it so easy and enjoyable (she even came to the house to confirm a few measurements) and every one at DBK who worked on this project for a job that exceeded our expectation.
I cannot begin tell you how refreshing it was to be notified beforehand which tradespeople would be on site, what time and their names....and to actually have them be there at the appointed hour. Customer Service at it's best ! thanks Sheilagh
I’ve heard horror stories about kitchen projects lasting so much longer than what was originally anticipated and to my surprise, even after encountering major structural issues, the time frame was met. I was so thankful to have chosen a large company that has all the staff needed to address any issue.From the design meetings (Amazing designer: Kelly Ouellette) to the finished product (Thank you Joel and team), the experience with Distinctive was fantastic!
