I'm giving a shout out to Neda who went above and beyond getting me all I wanted, needed and more. She is very patient and knowledgeable. I always go to this store even if it isn't the closest to me, I find all the staff very kind and helpful. Thanks again Neda!

After picking up an online order in which I had to wait because the employee (who was very kind but was in training) needed a key from an employee, I looked at the PC peripherals and brought a mouse to the counter. I was told the price was $100 higher than the label, then they brought the manager out who told me some weird reasoning, that they could only honor their mistake price if it was the same product? But they would offer me a 10 dollar discount so I would be paying $90 more than advertised (so generous). Then he made me feel bad by saying an employee could find something more in my price range. Like huh?
