Booked an energy audit for 10am. They have a policy of a possibility of starting a half hour before or a half hour after the appointment time. At 10:45, the rep calls me to tell me he will not be arriving for another hour. This was booked 2 weeks in advance. I booked the morning off and had to work in the afternoon, so this appointment had to be cancelled.
I have been unable to delete this review (Google issue).
Update: rep called to apologize and has rebooked the appointment. I will provide further update or delete the review at that time.

Audit done. Rep was professional and friendly.
The AmeriSpec energy advisors were very helpful on the first assessment of my home energy efficiency, and provided useful hints for energy improvements. They also provided import advice on the choice of hot water heater, with integrated heat pump, that qualified for energy rebate.
For the final assessment that led to approval of my home energy rebates as well as my Canada Greener Home Loan, they did a thorough job in making sure that my new doors and windows and heat pump water heater were energy star compliant. The advisors prepared the final assessment report and submitted for approval on my behalf. Thank you Amanda, thank you Josee.
4 stars? That s what I thought at first. But the follow up, in terms of using the report and sharing it with grant agencies, was awful and I basically wasted my money, i.e. the several hundred dollars I had paid for the home energy audit.
