“I bought a vintage wedding dress from poshmark that had some yellowing on the flowered design parts of the dress. Unfortunately they were unable to visibly whiten those areas and I was very disappointed, given that I paid more to have it dry cleaned than I did for the dress itself, and I am on a tight budget. Fortunately the owner was there when I picked it up and out of good customer service he offered me a discount and I'm extremely grateful for that. I found him, his daughter and the staff to be polite and professional. I will definitely continue to take my dry cleaning at their business. Thank you Cotty's!“
