I needed a quote and suggestions for a discharge line from a sump pump. Paul replied and sent Scott within 24hrs. I was updated constantly through texting, as I wasn't at the premises. Suggestions were given without trying to upsell. Also, Paul was aware of bylaw issues and made sure things would be done accordingly. Quite impressed.
