Frank saw me on an emergency colour correction! And what a correction he made!! My girlfriend messaged Frank asap as soon as she heard how upset I was and sent her pictures of what had happened to me. I am so grateful for my friend and Frank for taking me in so quick and making my hair to look more like ME! Thank you thank you!!
And the salon is beautiful, quiet and welcoming!
I decided to change hair stylist to have one closer to home. This is such a hard decision but I found Ottavio's and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a try. I booked my appointment with Frank and he did not disappoint. The colour he did was excellent - I love it and the cut was perfect. He listened to me and together we figured out a plan.
