We just had our entire main floor redone with beautiful hardwood. From starting with choosing the right colour, style and finish with Nicole to the installation with Jim, we could not be happier. Jim moved all the furniture with great care, rescrewed all the sub-floor to repair the squeeking and then carefully laid the flooring. Jim really was the best flooring installer we've ever had. We highly recommend them.
Well this was our second time dealing with Nicole, everything thing went great ! Looks awesome ! Should be one of the nicest apartments in Orillia ! Thanks again Nicole ! Highly Recommend !
From the very beginning, entering your store and being served by Natasha Beers, our experience has been excellent. The samples we chose and took home, from the many available, helped us decide on the flooring and the information about different grades provided by Natasha was easy to understand. Your estimator was professional and personable and your installer did an excellent job. Throughout communication was top notch and the original estimated timing was accurate.
