I just wanted to tell everyone how pleased I am with the excellent customer service we received recently from Nicole and the Team at Orillia Floor Fashion! She went over and above in helping us pick the proper flooring for our home renovations, ordered it, then even help load it when I arrived to pick it up. Every time I called with a question she was always polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and available to speak and even called me back! Kudos Nicole! It has been a pleasure dealing with you.

We were so pleased with the vinyl flooring we purchased before Christmas for our renovated main floor, that we decided to return to Orillia's Floor Fashion Carpet One and choose carpeting to be installed in the upper floor bedrooms and stairway as well as a main floor bedroom. What a wonderful experience and pleasure to work with Nicole for both of our purchases! She is very knowledgable, honest and respectful and the carpet installers were on time and did an excellent job. We will definitely be repeat customers and will recommend them to anyone who asks.
