Called JSP because of a burning smell on a system they installed in a house we purchased. I was advised to try changing the filter so I did.A week later the furnace quits completely.Its a Monday at 8:30pm and its -15 to -17 out with no heat so I called JSP. No answer, two rings then sent to voicemail. I left a message saying it was a relatively urgent no-heat issue.Finally get a call back around noon the next day (11:30am). Within that time I had already spoken to another HVAC technician who troubleshot with me over the phone to try all options then came to my house to fix the issue (main fan motor needed to be replaced) before JSP could even call me back.Service: Repair...read full review
