As a young woman owning her first car, I’ve grown incredibly frustrated with the way I’m treated, and the way many auto shops, and dealerships handle business with people like me who are vulnerable and uneducated in the world of cars.
Joe Trombly is the exception. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with this auto shop, their technicians and specifically Joe himself. He is kind, honest and trustworthy when it comes to cars and people. Joe takes the time to explain what the problem is, what will need to be done to fix it, and breaks down every aspect of the predicted costs. Joe is the best mechanic I have taken any of my vehicles. He is always honest about what is wrong with me about what is needed. If the vehicle is not worth fixing he has always let me know straight out. Joe and his staff are the best.
