If you’re new to fitness or just want to amp up your current workout routine this is THE place to be! The staff are absolutely amazing and every single person in every class just vibe together so well. I am not a small person, but I do like to challenge myself- and the constant encouragement (along with killer music) make it very rewarding and really has me feeling like my most confident self every time I am there. Highly highly recommend.

HQ Fit Studio is my favourite place to workout, it's become my second home. All the amazing trainers there help make you feel motivated, empowered and strong. The environment is welcoming and very uplifting. You'll leave any class feeling more confident than you did walking in.
