Thanks to Dave Derbecker for his knowledge and kind reference in detecting my urgent problem which I believed to be a plumbing issue. He responded asap and advised me of his thoughts. He offered kind assistance and was most supportive to a senior in need of immediate help-a true, kind gentleman! I had a seriously blocked kitchen sink and after much plunging and drain cleaners I called Derbecker. I called at 2pm and received a call back about an hour later saying Scott was on his way. Scott arrived and removed the blockage with a snake that was a long way from the sink. As an afterthought I asked him to look at a little used toilet that was not functioning properly. Scott replaced the float device and now it works perfectly. I highly recommend Derbecker. Scott was very professional and a very nice young man.Services: Drain cleaning
