Mr. Scala, the inspector I had for a home inspection was both thorough and knowledgeable of all pertinent legal requirements and building codes and standards and was able to translate those requirements for me in a most comprehensive report. He has a strong background in building that allowed him to draw on that very concrete and precise knowledge AND explain what I needed to know about the property I was considering. I highly recommend him and this company and would hire him again without hesitation! Mathew offered an appointment in a very timely manner to address the concerns with my house. He conducted a full inspection addressing both water and air leaks. He thoroughly explained what he was finding with the water leak in the basement and solutions to repair. He then proceeded to scan/inspect the entire house including attic. His findings were very professional. I had questions along the way regarding other concerns outside of the reason he was there, and he was happy to offer his opinions.I am proud to say I now have a trustworthy and professional contractor to address and fix the issues in the house!I definitely got my money's worth with the inspection.
