I always go to Carolyn for my hair cut self care needs. She is so attentive, honest, and always makes me feel comfortable. Her scalp massages are AMAZING!
I am the worst customer. No pictures, just comments like "I'd like it shaped around my face and not have to put it up in a pony", "not sure how much to take off the back" etc.. but under Carolyn's care I have the most natural colour and the prettiest, easy-care hair style! My husband kept complimenting how it shaped my face... then I went for a walk and it snowed and I was left to my own demise. I styled it the way I usually do and it looked great....it is such an amazing cut My co-workers were in awe and one of them said, "that's your hair-cut"!. Carolyn, you are so talented and I thank you for your patience and caring ways.
