Shaun came 2 hours earlier than expected (a total bonus when a family of 5 is without a working toilet) he was very informative, explained everything he was doing, even gave us tips on how to deal with it in our own in the future. It took less than an hour, he removed 4 pencils that my kids flushed, and everything is running smooth again. I had a leak in the shut off valve, bath tub, and basement sink. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Masharo and Dylan which fixed everything including replacing the shut off valve in no time. Best plumbing service I ever got!!!!
