Professional, funny and thorough. We called Jesse James Roofing for a quote on our roof, eavestroughs and gutter guards as we had water coming into the basement. They responded promptly and we had a quote by the end of the day. Their quote was unbeatable. Their workmanship and professionalism, not to mention knowledge, was impeccable. The name of the company, is was what caught our eye. We called Jesse James Roofing for a quote on our eavestroughs and gutter guards. They responded and arrived when they said they would unlike others in the industry. After speaking with "Jesse" and "James", we had no doubt they were going to do a great job. The workmanship and professionalism, not to mention knowledge, was impeccable. Their attention to detail is what stands out most. There would be no hesitation to call them again. We highly recommend them, and if we could, we would give them a 10.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Do not let their names fool you lol. I’m a contractor myself and had a leak that was coming into my bathroom. I have never in my life needed to call somebody to figure out where a leak was coming from. I had three other people come in to try to figure out the source. None could. One of them was going to do some silicon on the roof itself and charge me $350 for 30 minutes worth of work even though that was not the problem. I called Jessie and James.
