I was recommended by a friend that was seeing Aude for back pain. I decided to book an appointment as regular massages weren't working. I am glad I did! I have had only the original appointment so far (follow-up is booked) but I can already feel a difference.

Stacey Daza Ayres is my go to person for Massages and Osteopathy. She is such a relaxing person to be around. I have been with Stacey since Massage Care about 10 plus years now. She works absolute wonders with my tense muscles. Thanks Stacey! Definitely recommend Better Health Clinic.
