“A friend recommended The Real Tree Masters. An arbourist from the company arrived the next day and made some good recommendations and gave me a quote. He suggested I could call the city to have the fees waived on removing 2 large trees as they were diseased. I couldn't get past the gatekeeper on my 311 call, but Elena (at the Real Tree Masters office) prepared the forms and got the fees waived, a $430 plus tax savings! A very efficient crew of 3 men arrived on time and had most of the work done by that evening. (it was a miserable wet day and they came back later to grind the stumps).
