Vivian is the best at this optical. She is very friendly, helpful, patient and personable. She does her best to ensure that every customer is a happy customer. My family and I visited Theodore & Pringle Optical and everyone of us got two eye glasses each with warranty. The service we received from Vivian was fabulous!!! She was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make us happy customers.

My experience with this store is flawless. Amazing price, got my glasses, I feel it’s a bit out of focus, but I can handle it. Two weeks later, I went to pick up contact lenses and casually mentioned to the store manager Gloria, unlike other stores who brush me away by telling me I should try another month more, or that new pairs are never the same, she immediately told me that that they have warranty and can send for fix. New pair came back in a couple weeks, and it was peeeerfect. Also whenever I visit for minor fitting adjustment ( ie. nose bridge, legs ), I always receive superior service. I broke my rubber nose bumper on a very expensive pair of glasses while on a cruise so had superglue dabbed onto it to hold it in place until I finished the trip. Brought it to Walmart optical store when I got back and they said I buggered up the screws with superglue and recommended I send it back to the manufacturer (in Italy). So took it to T&P to see if they could do something. Two hours later, they called me back and said they fixed. And only charged me $5. I was so impressed with her customer service, pleasant demeanor and honesty. They have secured me as a return customer for all my future optical needs!
