We are very pleased that we chose the The Deck Store to build a second floor deck for our home.The designer Karen came to our home to take measurements, and produced a computer rendering of the deck so we could see what it would look like. Timelines were given and were met with no issues.Builders were knowledgable and showed up every day until the deck was completed. Minor issues were taken care of promptly and with no hassles.All the staff we interacted with were very professional, courteous, and friendly. This is the second job that Stan and his team has done for us. The first deck was completed to our full satisfaction. We decided to extend the size of our deck this year and the work once again was done on time and looks fantastic!Stan delivered exactly what was promised and on time, paid attention to our requests and addressed them all to our satisfaction.
