    I’ve been going to this gym for the last 3-4 months and feel great about my body now. Brian, Mina and Gail are amazing trainers - they have curated workouts that are not overly intense but at the same time require you to put in an effort to get the results. The best part is that there’s always a new work out every day so you can never get bored of repeating the same stuff that you would have to do if you’re working out on your own or at any other gyms. I would highly recommend this to someone who has been on the fence for joining a gym - just join the classes, show up and you will see the difference right away.

    SweatShop Union is by far the best gym I have ever tried in years of working out! Brian extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about you and our progress. SweatShop Union offers three possibilities for personal training to meet your needs and ensure you’re supported while going for your goal. We offer: One-on-one personal training sessions Semi private personal training with a maximum of four participants. Small group classes with a maximum of twelve participants. SweatShop Union is the starting ground for positive change, where intensity, community and self-discovery create an ideal relationship with the body, mind, spirit to ignite one’s highest potential. - Personal Trainer - KickBoxing - Bootcamps - Nutrionist There will be sweat, hard work, but the result is an improved and empowered you.

Tuesday: 5AM - 10PM
Wednesday: 6AM - 10PM
Thursday: 6AM - 10PM
Friday: 5AM - 10PM
Saturday: 6AM - 12PM
