Great gym, great environment and convenient location. Al actively works to create a positive gym environment creating conversations, answering questions, and providing fitness tips to myself and other members. Keep up the good work!

Always a great experience here, I never have an issue with accessing equipment regardless of the time I train. Staff are friendly, Al helped answer some of my questions and told me about a promo for my friends and family so I could get them on the Vive train. I highly recommend this gym!

Will definately be the next place I get a membership. I went in for a free trial and left after a great workout. The atmosphere was great, very different than other gyms; anytime I needed a little extra focus I would head down to the second level for the silence. People were all very friendly and respectful of gym etiquette and Al from the staff was helpful when I needed some workout tips. Great community environment and place to get a focussed workout in with carring help. 5 stars.
