“Christine gave me a massage and it was absolutely wonderful! She listened to my concerns and customized the massage accordingly. I would highly recommend her. The reason I am giving this a 4 star is because the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly. I asked questions about other services and she did tell me, but didn't say much beyond that. She did not ask about my service, if I'd like to book another appointment, what other treatments I would be interested in etc. I didn't get the warm and welcoming feeling from her. It's too bad because Christine was wonderful but if I am paying the high price, I expect more from everyone. If you want to provide a luxury spa experience, everyone is a part of that. No only the individual who provides the service. I will likely not make this my regular spot.“

“after an incredibly positive experience at the pure and simple eglinton location, i decided to try oakville on my summer home from school. i have never ever been so blown away by a service of this nature. dejah is the most INCREDIBLE esthetician ive had the privilege of receiving a service from. she was efficient, knowledgeable and had amazing technique. i genuinely didn’t even realize when she was doing extractions, they were completely painless. while the service itself was great, dejah’s kindness and interpersonal skills made the facial truly feel like spending time with a friend. i left with glowing skin and the biggest smile on my face. i will 100% be back!!

“Nicely layout store, and they had a lot of their popular products in store, which was good. They had a lot of testers for products such as the viral Sol De Janerio Perfumes to try on. Store was pretty clean, especially as I’ve heard lots about kids wreaking the stores. Employees were super helpful and kind. Glad to visit a good and well-kept Sephora and I will definitely come back soon!“
