RUFF functions solely as a 1-on-1 experience. We don’t book more appointments than our modest staff can handle. RUFF books dogs by appointment only. We limit the number of grooms in a day and space out each appointment. Gone are the days of dropping off your dog and waiting hours on end for them to be ready for pick-up. Gone are the days of picking up your stressed and anxious dog because they were waiting in a loud environment. Gone are the days of having to pay an “express fee” to have your dog groomed immediately when they arrive. RUFF only employs staff who are 100% certified in our field. RUFF is a cage-free environment. Creating a calm, enjoyable and stress-free experience is our goal for every pup coming through our doors!
