If you are having vehicle problems and you are passing through Oakville; consider giving them a call. Because, for my part, they provided us with outstanding service, from the towing service, to the administrative services provided by the owner, to the mechanical services, nothing to say. And that’s not to mention their warm welcome. They went above and beyond in customer service. We had a belt and compressor problem, and despite their closing hours of 6 p.m., they still took care of us. I recently had my car's safety inspection done at Rotana Auto Service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their service was top-notch.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff Hathal who were not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable.

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait time pleasant. I appreciated that they offered me complimentary coffee and water, which allowed me to catch up on some work while I waited.

They provided a detailed report of their findings, and explanations of any potential issues.
