Called and 9 am. He was Adam was here by 11 am, friendly, answered all of our questions, found the problem fixed immediately, cleaned up, and explained price before doing any of the work was done. 10 of 10 Would recommend him to anyone.
I called Rooterman for a problem with my sump pump. Jerome came by and explained to me very thoroughly why my pump was not working and why it should be changed. He replaced the pump and installed a battery backup system as well to prevent me from having floods in the future. I highly recommend this company. Jerome was very knowledgable and I am very satisfied with the work he did.
