Pelvic Floor Physio provided by Ansu Matthews (Licensed Physiotherapist) has alleviated my lower back pain by 99%. She is very knowledgeable about how the muscles are all connected and helped me to better understand which exercises worked best for me.Wish I had started sooner! What a difference!

I've seen Trish on and off over the past year and a half for a tricky SIJ injury. What I like best about working with her is she doesn't mess around. My first appointment with her she told me she wanted to treat me and get me on my way; practitioners I've seen in the past have had me come back for many sessions, just to do exercises and things I could do on my own. Trish expressed right away that she didn't want to waste my time or money/benefits doing things I could do on my own.
